Booking Policy and Conditions
Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. No refunds, or cancellations will be given once tickets sales have closed, usually three hours prior to the performance. Refunds will not be given at the theatre.
Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided to personnel on door duty at the event. Failure to produce valid identification may result in the patron being charged full price for the ticket.
Wheelchair seating cannot be booked online. Patrons who require wheelchair seat access, or have other special requirements, are encouraged to contact us at least two weeks in advance.
Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance, and admittance is at the discretion of the personnel on door duty at the event.
Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be brought into the venue except where expressly authorized. The right is reserved to broadcast or telecast any event.
A door list will be available at the theatre on the day.
All ticket prices include GST.
